The look and feel of the T-handle and accordion style shift boot really shows off the racing heritage of the MegaShifter. Other features include 5-foot shifter cable, cable brackets, transmission shift levers, black top console plate with lighted gear indicator and everything needed for an easy at home installation. An optional T-handle with a 12-volt button is available separately for actuating a trans-brake, nitrous oxide or other accessories for the hard-core performance enthusiast. This shifter fits most popular GM 3 and 4-speed automatic transmissions. Note: GM 4L60E through 4L85E transmissions with PRNDL switch will require optional kit #70499.

The deep pan design increases fluid capacity by 3-quarts over the stock O.E. steel pan. All these features combined help dissipate heat quicker netting lower transmission and fluid temperatures prolonging the life of your transmission, transmission fluid and corresponding components. Other features for this popular pan include a filter, filter extension, pan gasket and drain port with magnetic drain plug for clean and easy servicing. Also includes a 1/8 inch NPT temperature sensor port for easily adding a temp gauge for monitoring transmission temperatures while daily driving, towing or racing. First is the HEAVY DUTY set-up, giving you firm positive shifts without loss of driver comfort for improved performance in all street vehicles. This is a great option for performance street driving or towing. The second is our STREET/STRIP set-up. Be warned, this will deliver firm positive shifts you will feel, along with easily chirping the tires when shifting somewhat aggressively. This setting is recommend for high performance street/strip use, or for competitive events when you want the hardest, quickest shifts possible from a shift improver kit. Note: Does not fit GM TH4L60E (electronic) transmissions.
