Lokars U-Cut-to-Fit Kickdown Cables are available in either stainless steel braided housing, black stainless steel braided housing or black housing. They are designed with a specially extruded liner for extended life of the cable – not to be confused with ordinary brake hose. Kickdown features aluminum fittings with ferrule to eliminate frayed cable ends. Kickdowns are adaptable for all types of manifolds including tunnel ram, blower manifolds and Weber induction systems. Mount our kickdown with our Stainless Steel Carburetor Bracket and Return Springs (sold separately). Complete instructions included in kit. Other features for this popular pan include a filter, filter extension, gasket and drain port with magnetic drain plug for clean and easy servicing. Also includes a 1/8-inch NPT temperature sensor port for easily adding a temp gauge for monitoring transmission temperatures while daily driving, towing or racing. An optional T-handle with a 12-volt button is available separately for actuating a trans-brake, nitrous oxide or other accessories for the hard-core performance enthusiast. Easy to use, good looks and dependable ratcheting design makes the QuickSilver one of our most popular shifters. Features a trigger-less shift handle for a clean modern design. To access Reverse or Forward gears you simply lift the handle and pull back and let the handle drop in gear. Theres no need to lift the handle again to shift gears until you either need to access Reverse or Park. From Drive, lift the handle straight up and this will bypass the reverse lockout safety feature, then move the shift handle forward into Reverse or Park. Its just that easy! Also, the reverse lockout feature meets NHRA and IHRA safety regulations and wont allow you to accidentally over shift into reverse while making a pass at the strip. To use the ratcheting function at the strip, shift into low gear, launch the vehicle and hit the shifter forward when its time to shift. You cannot over-shift and miss a gear. The chrome bezel, shift stick, and knob are all accented by the black console, flat boot, and deep blue medallion, giving your vehicles interior that classic muscle car style while providing fast and smooth ratchet shifting. The shifter includes a lighted gear position indicator in the bezel, a micro-switch for back-up lights and a neutral safety switch preventing accidental starts when in gear.
